This class is designed to inspire and challenge you. It will cover all facets of fitness: muscular strength and endurance, cardio vascular conditioning and flexibility.
This class will focus on improving the Olympic and Traditional Strength lifts including Cleans, Snatches, Squats, and Bench Press. Yes, we are going HEAVY!! (With good form of course!) Anyone who would like to drastically improve their strength and power or would just like to get more experience with the staple lifts of CrossFit would want to take this class.
Crossfit Kids is a strength and conditioning program specifically designed for kids and helps them desire a lifelong love of fitness. In a group setting, kids ages 5-12 participate in fun and engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes.
The teen class meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 3:00PM-4:15PM. After the warm-up, students will spend time on footwork, Speed & Agility, and the daily WOD. This class is perfect to prepare your child for whichever sport they play as well as to improve basic coordination and fitness.
This class is designed to teach you the skills to punch, kick, and defend effectively in sport or self-defense situations utilizing CrossFit style workouts. This class will increase your striking power, fighting mobility, and defensive reaction speed in a non-contact environment. Learn to generate a chain of power starting at your toes continuing through your legs and hips and out through your feet and fists. Expect a high-energy, but cerebral approach to learning with a heavy emphasis on technique. If you want to learn to defend yourself and get into fighting shape at the same time, check this class out!!!

CrossFit Endurance is an endurance sports training program dedicated to improving performance, fitness and endurance potential. We inspire, coach and provide our community with the most aggressive and proven fundamentals of sports science and exercise physiology. Power and speed are critical components to success in the endurance world. With careful planning, our strength and conditioning plan increases these two mainstays of performance while increasing recovery time, reducing injury, promoting preservation of lean tissue and creating a more sustainable performance curve.

Unlimited monthly classes=$139 per month. Includes CFT, CFT STRENGTH, CFT ENDURANCE, YOGA, ON-RAMP and includes all clinics and seminars held at CrossFit Inspire!
